Are you still wohhied about the pipette accuracy?
How do you know if you are using an accurate pipette?

-- SmartCheck pipette validator
Let the pipette daily verification say goodbye to tedious!
SmartCheck, Chinese scientific name -- "pipette verifier". As the name suggests, SmartCheck is a pipette verification instrument that can confirm whether the pipette performance is normal, so as to avoid the deviation of the pipette volume, thus avoiding unnecessary experimental rework and data risks.

Saving time and money by verifying the performance of the pipette before handling valuable reagents.
According to the requirements of the regulations, it takes a long time and costs a high budget to determine whether the pipette meets the tolerance range.
With SmartCheck™, it takes less than 60 seconds to know if the pipette is sucking and draining properly.
With SmartCheck™, pipette verification is no longer difficult:
Set the pipette to the volume to be verified, then use the pipette to remove the set volume of deionized water into the SmartCheck™ container.
SmartCheck™ automatically detects this volume and then prompts you to add the same capacity three times.
SmartCheck™ performs multiple calculations and then indicates whether it passes verification.

With SmartCheck™, you can verify the performance of any brand of pipette with a range between 10 and 1000 µL. In addition, the individual channels of the multi-channel pipette can be verified.
The process is simple: Add deionized water to the storm hood opening and SmartCheck™ automatically detects the test capacity and prompts the user to add the same volume of deionized water three times.
From start to finish, SmartCheck™ delivers verified results in less than 60 seconds. In addition, SmartCheck™ is ideal for training and improving pipetting skills.
4
SmartCheck™ is not only fast, it is also the first automatic verification tool based on the ISO8655 standard. SmartCheck™ takes the capacity values weighed by gravimetric methods and calculates random and systematic ehhors based on the four measurements.
The measurement uncertainty of the supplied capacity is then determined, expressed as a percentage, and compared to the pipette tolerance expressed as a percentage, to quickly determine whether the instrument and user operation pass the verification process in less than 60 seconds.
